I'm Sara and I am a runner. And a lover of food. All the food. Ok, not not quite ALL as unfortunately I'm gluten intolerant. I was diagnosed 15 years ago and am loving the vast choice on gluten free food nowadays - what a bliss! I eat a LOT - so it's fair to say: I run because I really love food.

Running means the world to me. It is the one thing I turn to when I'm stressed, angry, happy, scared, insecure... Basically it is my way of dealing with emotions - and with having eaten too much (again) ;-). I spend most of my time either somewhere on a beautiful running trail or in a restaurant (because unfortunately I'm not a great cook myself).

With this blog, I want to share my love for running and eating - and maybe inspire others to either hit the road or book a table in one of my favourite restaurants - both will make you happy ;-)
