Run your socks off...!
Anyone else has an obsession with running socks ? I never thought they could make a big difference - until I wore the right ones for the first time. If you have the right sock for your shoe, you realise there is no more sliding within the shoe, additional foot support and best of all: no blisters. I wear different socks with different shoes and depending on the duration of my run or workout. My favs at the moment are the hilly marathon fresh (no stinky feet either). It‘s worth it spending some pounds more on good socks if you ask me 😍
